Keys

We will place your house key in our lock box. It is a metal box attached to the wall in our home. Each key will get a tag with a number that does not correspond to you or your home. If someone broke into our home and got into the key box, they will not be able to determine which key goes to which house.

Insurance

We are bonded and insured. We carry liability insurance.

Payment

You can pay with a check, cash, or credit card. Payment is due at the time you make a reservation. If you prefer to use a credit card, we will authorize the credit card for the expected charges and settle the credit card when your service is completed.

Cancellations

We understand that plans change. For overnight visits, there will be a $30 cancellation fee for less than 2 days notice. For drop in visits and dog walking, we ask for advanced notice but do not charge a cancellation fee unless we are already at your home. If we are already there, the cancellation fee is the cost of that service.

Key pick up and drop off

If you are locked out of your home and need us to bring you your key, we charge $25 to deliver your key to you. If you come by and pick up the key, there is no charge.
